When you visit Vumba Botanical Gardens you will be greeted by 159 hectares of landscaped garden built around perennial streams. The streams form a small lake and 42 hectares of Botanical Reserve. You travel just 32 kilometres from Mutare, Zimbabwe. This is one of the best botanical gardens in Africa

It is a garden endowed with indigenous orchids and ferns punctuated by a network of footpaths that enables you to navigate all the corners of the garden. Accommodation

Lodges

Choose between the two, two bedroomed lodges at Vumba Botanical Gardens namely Hydrangea and Azalea which can accommodate four people in each lodge.

Camping and caravan sites

The camping and caravan site have ten sites. There is a braai stand at each site for your cooking needs. The sites that are all electrified and there is a communal ablution block with hot water for bathing.

Tea Garden

A tea garden is available in the garden that sales refreshments, tea and coffee.

Wedding venue

An upmarket garden wedding venue is available that can accommodate more than five hundred guests.

Nursery Garden

A nursery garden is available with a variety of plants and flowers available for sale. You can buy some to take back home with you.
